Equipment hired remains the property of Palmer Catering and Equipment Hire at all times. Ownership of goods purchased transfers only when Palmer Catering and equipment receives full payment. Hire Charges
Payment in full is required to be made at the commencement of the hire or in advance except where account facilities are agreed The hire charges are base on all equipment returned to us rinsed and free from all surplus food All damages/ shortage or breakages charged for at full replacement cost. The deposit, less costs for breakages or losses, will be returned by post once hired items have been checked. Where the deposit is not sufficient to cover the replacement cost the hirer is liable for the balance. The hirer will sign and acknowledge receipt and delivery/handover. The hirer is responsible for the safe and correct operation of equipment. All goods must be returned in their original boxes to avoid additional charge. Soiled equipment can be returned with the understanding that a 36% charge will be levied (furniture and linen excluded). Palmer Catering and Equipment Hire reserve the right to change any price without the need to give prior notice.
